[h=3]Accelerators

In the past, if you wanted to map a restaurant or email a friend a news story, you

would have to cut and paste the information into a new web page. Accelerators

have conveniently eliminated the need to take these extra steps by providing access

to certain actions like mapping an address, defining a

word or emailing content within the page you are currently on

[h=3]How to Download
At times, you will want to download files or save images from the web to your computer. The process

of downloading a file varies from site to site, so it may require some trial and error. Sometimes when

you click on a link, it downloads automatically, but other times it just opens within your browser

A good practice for successful downloading is to right-click the link and select

Save Target As.... By doing this you will be able to choose the folder where the file is saved

[h=3]InPrivate Browsing

InPrivate Browsing is a privacy feature that allows you to browse the web without

any of your activity being recorded. InPrivate Browsing prevents your browsing

history, temporary Internet files, form data, cookies, and usernames and

passwords from being saved by the browser. This is especially useful if you

are using a public computer or perhaps browsing for a surprise gift that you do

not want a family member to come across if they share your computer

To use, click on the Safety command and select InPrivate Browsing.

Whenever you turn on InPrivate Browsing, the blue indicator

will appear in your address bar to verify that you are browsing with privacy
