I want to start as the first person :
As you know Fate means Destiny . do you believe in Fate ?
for me Yes of course . i believe that our destiny is in God's hands but we can change it with our actions whether good or bad . we can affect on it . it is said in Quran that if you want to be a good person who wants to be leaded and directed to my heaven you should obey me in order to show you the light. but if you do not do ths and ignore me you will enter to the darkness and finally to the hell with the fire that you made for yourselves. ​

So we should talk about fate ... pretty hard one !

Well I think fate is true about death, marriage and other important things like them, for example who you will marry with, or when and how will you die. I don't believe that everything is related to our destiny, you decide to do something and you do it, or you cancel it, so it depends on you and not your fate

In your fifth line , because of " we " that is a plural subjective pronoun , you also have to add "ves" to your last pronoun​

we have it in english class topic . so notice more​

the last thing is that when you want to use a wh_ question in your sentence but not in a question way , you should pay attention to your main verb which here is "is" and it shouldn't be in a question form
