[h=3]Using Message Flags

Outlook provides a system that allows you to prioritize and manage your

messages. The message flagging system allows you to assign a specific

flag color to a message in your Inbox and then associate a reminder

with that message and/or flag color. The default flag color when you open Outlook is grey.

Although many people primarily use Outlook as an email client, it also has

a feature that can help you organize your contacts. The Contacts section

allows you to store names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and

other information about business and personal contacts. The more information

you enter about a contact, the more flexibility you have with this feature.

are a variety of fields you can choose to enter information into including

name, address, telephone number, job title, company, birth date, spouse's
