Long range models are giving indications that the coming October may feature above normal precipitation in the Eurasia area, something that could then favor a colder than normal winter for the United States.
The image above shows a global probability of above, below, and neutral precipitation anomalies. We can focus in on many areas of the world and try to decipher what they mean for the coming winter, but today, we’re going to keep our attention on the forecast over Russia and the general north Asia area.
This forecast, a probability forecast using a combination of roughly six or seven different climate models from various global meteorological agencies, shows a swath of above normal precipitation probabilities across a good portion of central Russia. In the forecast, we see the precipitation anomalies extending north of the 60N longitude line, an important line in our situation.
A few years ago, Dr. Judah Cohen created the Snow Advance Index, abbreviated as the SAI. Dr. Cohen claimed that by measuring snow cover anomalies in Eurasia, namely north of the 60N parallel, one could decipher temperature anomalies for the upcoming winter. For example, an October with sustained below-normal snow cover anomalies would favor a warmer than normal winter. Similarly, above-normal snow cover in Eurasia for the month of October would then tell us to anticipate a colder than normal winter. In past winters, I have seen the SAI perform quite well, the only exception being this past winter. Thus, I hold this index in fairly high regard in terms of accuracy.
As of now, guidance does favor a wetter than normal October over Eurasia, with some of that likely putting down snow cover in the process. بیشترین افزایش دما در بازه زمانی روزهای یکشنبه تا سه شنبه در مشهد رخ میده که حداکثر دما در گرمترین ساعات در محدوده رنج 36 تا 39 درجه سانتیگراد خواهد رسید خصوصا روزهای یکشنبه و دوشنبه .
از چهارشنبه به بعد هم دوباره وضعیت دمایی به حالت نرمال و یا حتی خنک تر از نرمال خواهد رسید:

در بعضی پیش بینی ها گفته شده که احتمال داره پاییز و زمستان امسال شبیه به سال 2010 و 2011 باشه!!!

طوفان شديد و تعطيلي ادارات برخي شهرهاي سيستان و بلوچستان
تداوم وزش طوفان سیستان با سرعت 101 کیلومتر در ساعت امروز نیز ادارات شهرستان های شمال استان را به تعطیلی کشاند.
مدیریت بحران سیستان و بلوچستان با بیان اینکه وزش این طوفان از سه شنبه شب آغاز شده است، گفت: مردم منطقه به علت آلودگی هوا و گرد و غبار شدید برای دومین روز متوالی در خانه ها مانده اند و قادر به انجام فعالیت های روزمره نیستند.
اربابی با اشاره به اینکه این طوفان مشکلات تنفسی زیادی برای مردم منطقه بخصوص بیمارن بوجود آورده است، افزود : اورژانس و بیمارستان ها برای پذیرش بیماران ناشی از طوفان و شرایط بحرانی آمادگی کامل دارد.
اداره کل راه و شهر سازی استان هم اعلام کرد: تمامی محورهای مواصلاتی در شمال استان باز و تردد در این محورها امکان پذیر است.
بر اساس گزارش اداره کل هواشناسی استان ، شعاع دید به 100 متر رسیده است و از فردا ، شدت وزش باد کاسته خواهد شد.
وزش طوفان با سرعت 95 کیلومتر دیروز نیز ادارات شهرستانهای زابل ، زهک ،هامون ، نیمروز و هیرمند را به تعطیلی کشاند.

نمیدونم مسئولین به چه فکر میکنند که دست روی دست گذاشتند تا مردم زیر این همه گرد خاک دفن بشن
چطوره که تا کمی گرد غبار بر اسمان تهران ظاهر میشه کلی کمیته حل بحران تشکیل میشه و یا برای حل مشکت آلودگی هوای اهواز گروهی برای مذاکره به کشور عراق میرن اما زابل که مشکلش تو خاک خودمونه هیچ ، !!!!
